At Relevant Radio Store, we aim to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience. Please review the details of our shipping policy below:

Order Processing

  • Orders are dispatched the next business day after being successfully placed if is saturday we are going to send it on Monday. We give our staff off on all federal holidays and Holy Days of obligation. We will ship on the next business day. 
  • Refund Requests: You have up to ONE hour after placing your order to request a refund.

Order Cancellation

  • All cancellations or refund requests must be made within ONE hour of placing the order.
  • Final Sale Policy: Due to the nature of our e-commerce store, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Shipping Providers

We rely on trusted shipping providers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, for reliable delivery services.

  • In the rare case of a package being lost or damaged during transit, responsibility is transferred to the shipping provider, both domestically and internationally.

Order Corrections

If you identify an error in your order or shipping details:

  • Contact us immediately at customerservice@relevantradio.store.
  • Include “URGENT” in the subject line for time-sensitive requests.
  • Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and will respond as quickly as possible.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If a package is lost or damaged during transit, please file a claim directly with the shipping provider.
  • We can assist in providing necessary shipping details for the claim but are not responsible for carrier-related issues.
