Purchase Option Cancellation Policy

At Relevant Radio Store, we value providing flexibility and clarity in your purchasing options. This cancellation policy outlines how you can modify or cancel certain types of purchases, including subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy items.


Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select.

  • Your payment details will be stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each delivery unless you opt to pay in advance.
  • Customer will pay for shipping on a monthly basis for annual paid coffee subscriptions
  • Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you can cancel at any time.

How to Cancel or Change Your Subscription:

  • You can manage your subscription using the links provided in your order confirmation emails.
  • Changes or cancellations can be made at any time before the next delivery is processed.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow you to purchase items that are either out-of-stock or not yet available in inventory.

  • At checkout, we may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or full payment. Your payment method will be securely stored, and the remaining balance will be charged upon fulfillment.

How to Cancel a Pre-Order:

  • You can cancel a partially paid pre-order at any time before it is fulfilled.
  • Once the pre-order has been fulfilled, cancellations are not permitted.

Important Notes:

  • If the trial period expires without a return, your payment method will be charged the full amount of the item.
  • All sales are final once the item is purchased.
