Relevant Radio Store Return and Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our e-commerce store, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your product was damaged during shipping or is defective, you may request a replacement. Please submit a photo of the damaged item to customerservice@relevantradio.store within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send you a replacement product at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for any items, including but not limited to perishable goods, personalized products, or sale items.
