There are two ways to subscribe.
1. Annual payment
- How does the annual subscription work?
The annual subscription is a one-time yearly payment, ensuring a consistent supply of your favorite coffee. We ship your coffee monthly on the same date your subscription started. For example, if you subscribe today, your coffee will be shipped every month on this same date. - How do I set up an annual subscription?
Choose your coffee, click "Subscribe & Save," and select your preferred frequency. We’ll ensure freshly roasted coffee is delivered to you every month.
2. Monthly Payment
- How does the monthly subscription work?
With a monthly subscription, payments are processed monthly on your chosen renewal date. For instance, if you select the 8th, your subscription will renew on the 8th of every month, and coffee will be delivered in the following days.
3. Limited Edition on Subscription
- What happens if I subscribe to a limited-edition coffee?
Coffees labeled “Limited Edition” are small-batch microlots that expire once inventory is sold out. To avoid interruptions, we recommend subscribing to continuous products like Tepeyac Edition, Three Kings, DECAF, or Half DECAF or you can change the option on your customer portal subscription.

Where are orders shipped from?
All orders are shipped from 5Stone's warehouse in Sycamore, Illinois.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed today will typically be shipped within 1 business day, except during the first two weeks of December, when processing may take up to 72 hours due to high shipping volume. We do not ship on weekends, Holy Days of obligation or national holidays.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days via carriers such as Fedex, UPS, USPS, or DHL.
What if my package arrives damaged?
If your package is damaged, send a photo of the item to customerservice@relevantradio.store within 7 days of receipt, and we’ll replace it at no cost to you.
